退換貨政策（購物須知）

感謝您選購 希望影視行銷 商品，為保障消費者權益，本網站依《消費者保護法》等規範，說明退換貨條件與流程如下：

【預售票券類商品】
預售票券屬特殊性質商品，一經售出恕不接受退換或取消，請務必確認活動／場次／時間後再行購買。

【DVD／光碟類商品】
光碟類商品為著作權商品，一經拆封恕不接受退換貨，敬請見諒。
若收到時有明顯破損、無法播放，請於收件後 7 天內 聯繫客服，我們將協助更換。
請務必保留完整包裝、發票與問題影片影像紀錄，供後續處理參考。

​【退換貨流程】
請於商品簽收日起 7 日內 來信至客服信箱：
info@hope-marketingent.com
提供訂單編號、商品名稱與退換貨原因。若為瑕疵品請附上照片。
客服回覆確認後，將提供退貨地址與後續步驟。
經我方確認商品狀況後，將於 7–14 個工作日 內完成退款或寄送替換品。

【運費與退款方式】
因商品瑕疵或出貨錯誤造成退換貨，來回運費由本公司負擔。
非瑕疵因素退換貨，消費者須自付退貨與換貨運費。
退款方式請洽客服人員。
